For many years, I've been buying the same two items from Kimberly Beauty. They used to send samples of other products, which was a nice way to try new things and maybe add them to my routine. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I've ordered, those two items have been out of stock. I did place an order anyway, and eventually, they showed up. Just a heads up, they charge you regardless of whether the items are available or not.

A couple of days ago, I finally got one of the items I was waiting for, but when I opened the box, I was surprised to see that the packaging had changed. The cleanser wasn’t sealed like it used to be, nor was it bubble wrapped; it was just thrown in there. Because of this shoddy packaging, some of the liquid leaked out. I contacted Kimberly's to let them know, and their response was quite shocking and really unprofessional. They said, "We will send another, but if you’re not happy with our packaging, we suggest you look for another vendor." Seriously?! This is how you treat loyal customers? Or any customers, for that matter? And to top it off, they ended with, "Make it a BEAUTIFUL day!" from the KimberlyBeauty.com Team. Do I really want to use items that aren’t sealed? I’m not so sure.
